CARMENITA ROAD DISTRIBUTION BUILDING
Construction on the Carmenita Road Distribution
building was completed in January, 2001. The 105,000 s.f.
industrial building in the City of Norwalk's
industrial district was designed for an overseas client and is now
home to Fuji-Hunt chemicals and Mulia, Inc., a manufacture and
distributor of quality tile
products. Both tenant improvement projects, of 2,500 s.f. and 12,
400 s.f. respectively were designed by James F. McGlothlin AIA.
